William Gainey II

William Gainey II is the current President & CEO at Disk Enterprise Solutions. William has held this position since January of 2017. Prior to that, they served as the VP Information Technology at Disk Enterprise Solutions, Inc. from August 2010 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for directing all Technical Service support efforts among their customer base and also served as the Technical Project Manager for SharePoint at Navair. William also conducted business development opportunities.

Before their time at Disk Enterprise Solutions, William Gainey II was the Asst. Director Athletics / Head Men's Soccer Coach at St. Mary's College of Maryland from July 2002 to December 2010. In this role, they were a member of the Athletics Dept. Management Team conducting day to day operations of the department. William also served as the Head Men's Soccer Coach during their time there.

William Gainey II began their career as a Project Manager at Integic from June 1993 to August 2002. In this role, they managed several projects and helped with software license sales and business development opportunities.

William Gainey II has a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland University College. William has worked in various IT and management roles for over 20 years.
