Before joining Disney Star, Varghese served as the Chief Commercial Officer at ShareChat and Moj, responsible for driving monetization, leading marketing efforts, and securing content partnerships. Previously, he held key leadership roles such as Global President of Wavemaker, overseeing business operations across 50+ markets, and CEO for Asia Pacific at Maxus.

Ajit is an MBA graduate from XIM Bhubaneswar. With over 27 years of experience, Varghese has established himself as a highly accomplished leader, driving growth and revenue while spearheading business transformations across multiple areas.
