Elena Chang

Elena Chang currently serves as the Director of DEI at The Walt Disney Company since October 2023, previously holding multiple roles at Theatre Communications Group from January 2016 to October 2023, including Managing Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives. Earlier career positions include Co-Director, Producer, and Community Outreach Manager at the Asian Pride Project from January 2010 to January 2018, as well as Program Director and Festival Coordinator at the Asian American Arts Alliance from October 2011 to December 2015. Elena Chang holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Rutgers University.
