Mahjabeen Rafiuddin

Mahjabeen Rafiuddin is an accomplished professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with extensive experience in various leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Director positions in Inclusive Culture and Experience, DEI for Disney Media Entertainment Distribution, and D&I for People and Culture. Rafiuddin also served as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Disney Parks Entertainment Consumer Products and held key roles in higher education as the Director of Multicultural Affairs at Rollins College and Director of Student Diversity Engagement at the University of Kentucky. Earlier in the career, Rafiuddin worked as a Youth Program Specialist at Partners for Youth Foundation. Rafiuddin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Berea College and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.
