Richard Brookbanks

Richard Brookbanks serves as the Vice President Financial Controller at The Walt Disney Company since May 1993, where responsibilities include overseeing worldwide accounting for Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN+, as well as licensing content from renowned franchises such as Disney, Marvel, Lucas, and Pixar. Additionally, Richard leads teams managing the accounting for over 300 international linear networks that broadcast various entertainment channels globally. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Disney International TV in the same capacity and held a graduate trainee position at Thomson Holidays from 1989 to 1992. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Cass Business School between 1985 and 1989.
