Yoshino Kitajima

Yoshino Kitajima currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Dispatch since March 2021, previously holding the same title at Lattice Engines from July 2011 until March 2021. At Lattice, Yoshino was responsible for managing relationships, program direction, and renewals of Fortune 1000 accounts, and held various roles including Senior Director of Customer Onboarding and Director of Account Management. Prior experience includes roles at Novell from 2005 to 2011 as Director of Global Field Operations and Director of Global Business Development, as well as positions at Cambridge Technology Partners from 1997 to 2004. Throughout this career, Yoshino has demonstrated strong leadership in customer management, onboarding processes, and global marketing operations.
