Jane Falk

Jane Falk, RN, MHA, is an experienced healthcare executive and registered nurse with more than 20 years experience in creating, designing and operationalizing transformational care delivery models. Her experience highlights the development and expansion of cardiology, vascular, stroke, home health and orthopedic services lines in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She has demonstrated success in value creation by innovating program delivery and payment models focusing on superior outcomes, evidenced based medicine, process efficiencies and flow, operational excellence, cultural development and physician and staff engagement.

Prior to joining DispatchHealth, Jane was the co-founder and COO of Muve Health, an innovative start up designing and operating ambulatory surgery centers and process design specializing in the care of patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty in the outpatient setting. In her role, Jane lead the way in rethinking the delivery of care and designing value based payment models focusing on pay for value vs. pay for volume.
