Prashanth Kulkarni

Prashanth Kulkarni has over 14 years of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Prashanth started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at ACS International Resources, Inc. In 2007, they joined Mphasis as an Assistant Manager - Recruitment. In 2010, they moved to Unisys as a Manager - Recruitment. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager - HR at Synchrony. In 2018, they joined QuEST Global as TA Head - India. In 2021, they were appointed as Director - Talent Acquisition at V2Solutions. Currently, they are working as Director - Talent Acquisition at DispatchTrack.

Prashanth Kulkarni has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Gulbarga University in ECE. Prashanth then completed a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2006 and 2008. In 2012, they obtained a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
