John Edwards

John Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started their career at Chrysler Financial as a Collections/Customer Service Representative in 2003 and later became a Support Investigator. In 2008, they joined Carlisle Companies as a Customer Service Coordinator. In 2010, they transitioned to Silgan Dispensing, where they held various roles, including Account Specialist, Customer Relationship Manager, Sr. Global Product Line Manager, and currently serves as the Director of S&OP and Customer Service for North America. Overall, John has built a solid foundation in customer service, coordination, and management throughout their career.

John Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and HR Management, from the University of Central Missouri in 1998-2002. Later on, they pursued a Master of Public Administration degree in Urban Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2007 and 2009.
