Charlie Cotterill

Charlie Cotterill is an experienced professional in operations and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Disperse since June 2021, after having held the role of Operations Associate. Prior to this, Charlie worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Plymouth from November 2018 to April 2021 and gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Consultant with Nigel Frank International from September 2019 to September 2020, focusing on the Microsoft Azure contract team. Charlie's earlier roles include positions as a Bar Waiter at Beggars Banquet and Front of House at The White Hart, as well as a Shop Assistant at Buster's Farm Produce. Charlie holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Plymouth, completed in June 2021, and attended Heathfield College 6th Form from 2015 to 2017.
