Grigor Baghdasaryan

Grigor Baghdasaryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality control, training, and communications, currently serving as the Quality Control, Training & Communications Manager at DISQO since May 2021. Key achievements include implementing innovative solutions such as an AI chatbot and a custom CSAT survey that significantly improved service quality and customer satisfaction. As a Co-Founder of Vozni and Founder of Vinternet VPN, Grigor has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid teaching background as an ESL instructor. With a history of progressive roles at Ucom, Grigor has cultivated expertise in customer experience management and training processes. Grigor holds dual Executive MBA degrees from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Yerevan State University.
