Mathieu Gavin

Mathieu Gavin is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Distalmotion since June 2022, with extensive experience in designing new machines for digital printing and web-fed converting technologies. Previous roles include R&D Mechanical Engineer positions at BOBST from September 2013 to May 2022 and at Mouvent AG from March 2017 to June 2021, focusing on machine design utilizing SolidWorks and Catia V5. Mathieu's career began as a Polymechanic at BOBST from August 2005 to August 2010, where template design and CNC programming were key responsibilities. Mathieu holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems with a focus on Design from HEIG-VD and completed a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate at EPSIC École professionelle de Lausanne.
