Ham Daneshmand

Ham Daneshmand has a diverse work experience in the HVACR industry. Ham served as the Director of Global OEM Sales at Distech Controls, where they were responsible for growing their OEM business and expanding into new markets. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls for many years, holding roles such as Senior Global Product Manager, Service Branch Manager, and Engineering Manager. In these positions, Ham was involved in developing new equipment and controls, managing service operations, and leading teams for various projects. Ham also served as the Operation Manager at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in Southern California, overseeing the implementation of an Energy Management System and a Direct Digital Control system.

Ham Daneshmand attended the University of Louisville from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
