Wayne Krachun

Wayne brings extensive financial management and planning experience in the health care, pharma, medical devices, and remote monitoring nurse call center sectors. His results and team oriented approach led to roles of increasing responsibility with two Johnson & Johnson companies at both plant and headquarter locations. His most recent CFO position resulted in a successful turnaround challenge and the sale of an emerging growth company to private equity investor.

During his tenure, he has contributed to companies’ growth acceleration and built shareholder value, as well as participating in raising capital and managing investor relations. Wayne is a graduate of Villanova University, and a non-active CPA, earned in the state of New Jersey while with KPMG.
