Cynthia Hemmer

Cynthia Hemmer is the current President at Distinctive Iron. Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Ornamental Iron Design.

Cynthia started their career in 1999 as the President of Swan Ornamental Iron, Inc. Cynthia was responsible for the complete operations of the company, including design, fabrication, and installation of most products produced. Cynthia was also certified as a DBE, WBE, and SBA.

In 2007, Cynthia transitioned into the role of HR Operations Specialist at RSM McGladrey, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for human resource activities such as performance management, training, HRIS, FMLA, and employee needs. Cynthia remained in this role until 2010 when they became the President at Distinctive Iron.

Cynthia is a highly experienced and successful businesswoman who has dedicated their career to helping others. Cynthia is a strong leader with a passion for ornamental iron design. Under their leadership, Distinctive Iron has become a leading provider of high-quality iron products.

Cynthia Hemmer has a certificate in SPHR Designation from the HR Certification Institute and a BA in Technology Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
