Scott Sternfeld

Scott Sternfeld, P.E. is an experienced professional in the electric utility and technology sectors, currently serving as the Founder of The Outage Data Initiative.org since July 2018. In addition, Scott is an Advisory Committee Member at DISTRIBUTECH International, chairing multiple tracks related to Storm & Disaster Management and Cybersecurity. Previously, Scott held positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Agile Inclusion Inc., Managing Director for Engineering and Technology at ecubed us, and Senior Technical Leader at the Electric Power Research Institute, where key projects included leading the nationwide Outage Data Initiative. Scott's early career includes roles at FirstEnergy Corp., Naval Sea Systems Command, and Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
