Doug Brodhagen

Doug Brodhagen has a diverse work experience. Doug currently works as a Project Engineer I at DSD Renewables since June 2023. Prior to this, they were an Application Engineer at EKO Instruments USA Inc starting from March 2023. From May 2013 to April 2023, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at Peak View Solar. Doug also has retail experience, having worked as a Team Lead at Target from March 2016 to February 2017 and as a Team Member from July 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, Doug has experience in the education field as a Lab Assistant for Principles of Engineering at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs from August 2012 to December 2013.

Doug Brodhagen obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute, Inc. in February 2017, a Fundamentals of Engineering certification from NCEES in September 2013, a NABCEP Board Certified PV Installation Professional certification from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in October 2014. Doug also has certifications as a Certified Home Energy Rater and in Infiltration and Duct Leakage (IDL), both from the Building Performance Institute, Inc., although the months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
