Leanna Swenson

Leanna Swenson has had a diverse range of work experiences in the architecture and development industries. Leanna is currently employed as a Senior Project Development Manager at Distributed Solar Development, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Project Manager at Boos Development Group, Inc. from March 2016 to June 2021.

Before joining Boos Development Group, Inc., Swenson served as a Land Development Entitlements Coordinator at TAIT & Associates, Inc. from August 2014 to March 2016. Their responsibilities included coordinating land development entitlements and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Prior to their role at TAIT & Associates, Inc., Swenson worked as a Staff Engineer at Creegan & D'Angelo Engineers from September 2011 to August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks related to residential development projects, such as preparing tentative maps, improvement plans, and cost estimates.

Earlier in their career, Swenson gained experience as an Architectural Intern at Streeter Group and WATG and Wimberly Interiors in 2008. Leanna was involved in designing custom residential homes, developing marketing materials, and learning hotel resort planning.

Swenson began their career as an Architectural Intern/Administrative Assistant at Streeter Group/Daniel Silvernail Architect in 2005, where they handled administrative tasks and gained exposure to architectural projects.

Leanna Swenson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree. Leanna also pursued a minor in Real Estate Development during their time at the university.
