Rachel Hendricks

Rachel Hendricks is a Project Manager at DSD Renewables, responsible for overseeing the development stage of commercial and industrial solar projects and providing guidance to Development Partners. Prior to this role, Rachel served as Utility Permit Manager and Land Use Manager at Network Building + Consulting, managing the Permitting Team and handling all permitting for the Blue Bell Fiber Team. Rachel has experience as a Sr. Permitting and Regulatory Professional at PPL Electric Utilities, where compliance for transmission construction projects was managed, and as a Resource Conservationist at Montgomery County Conservation District, focusing on environmental regulations.
