Talal al Lboon

Talal AL Lboon is a seasoned cybersecurity and ICT professional with a strong track record in project management, technical support, and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as Cyber Security Pre-sales Manager at Distributor Solutions Trading Company since May 2023, Talal established a Training and Testing Demo Lab to enhance hands-on training for partners and customers and collaborated extensively with vendor channels. Previously, as an Information Communication Technology Expert at Orange Jordan from January 2019 to April 2023, Talal managed ICT services independently, achieving a high customer satisfaction rate while improving project delivery efficiency. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Network Security Engineer at Advanced Technologies (adtech) from February 2014 to December 2018, where Talal led high-impact projects like the Zain Jordan 3G-Offload initiative and provided exceptional after-sales support, as well as experience as a Network Engineer specializing in Juniper and HP products. Talal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Engineering from Yarmouk University, completed in 2014.
