Jennifer Côté

Incubated Startup - Bio Stream at District 3 Innovation

Jennifer Côté is the CEO and Co-Founder of Opalia, a company focused on developing innovative technology to produce milk without cows, since September 2020. Additionally, Côté is involved with several incubated startups, including the RBC Women in Cleantech Accelerator at MaRS Discovery District, aiming to empower Canadian women in cleantech, and Bio Stream at District 3 Innovation, which supports a collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem. Côté has participated in various accelerator programs, including Plug and Play Tech Center's food and beverage initiative, Creative Destruction Lab's Ag Stream, Cycle Momentum's Climate Tech Spring cohort, and Big Idea Ventures' NYC Cohort 4, all focusing on advancing technology and sustainability in various industries. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager and Head of Staff at Comptoir Markina, managing staff coordination and training. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from McGill University and studies in Social Sciences at Champlain College Saint-Lambert and Université TÉLUQ.
