Edward Galiber

Edward Galiber is a highly experienced professional in the fields of education and contract management, currently serving as the Senior Contract Monitor in the Contract Operations Data and Financial Analysis Unit at DC Superior Court since March 2009. Responsible for managing services for over one thousand at-risk youth annually, Edward Galiber ensures effective contract development and compliance, oversees service quality controls, and mentors staff to enhance service delivery. Additionally, Edward Galiber is the CEO of Academic Benefit Concepts Inc., a company specializing in E-Rate Grant applications and support for distance learning infrastructure. Prior to this, Edward Galiber founded Galiber Educational Consultants, providing advocacy and assessments for youth and families in special education. Edward Galiber also has a significant history with the District of Columbia Public Schools, serving in various roles, including Superintendent's Special Education Monitor and Urban School Psychologist, focused on improving special education services. Edward Galiber holds a Master’s degree in Urban School Psychology from Howard University.
