Yuan Burns

Yuan Burns is an experienced information technology professional with a career spanning over three decades. Serving as the Chief Information Officer at DC Courts since September 2002, Yuan has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing technology within the judicial system. Prior to this role, experience includes positions such as Database Manager at Computer Science Corporation and Director of Curriculum Development at ITAC. Yuan's technical background is complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Aided Building Design from the University of Strathclyde. Currently retired since October 2020, Yuan Burns continues to be recognized for contributions to the field of computer science and information technology.
