Paul Horn

Paul Horn serves as the Mayor of the City of Mission since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in leadership and management consulting through BootStrap Consulting, founded in 1995. With a strong focus on community service, Paul has been the Project Lead and Instructor for Community Cares: Mental Health Training since 2012, where mental health training for First Responders is developed and delivered. Paul also contributed as a College Instructor at Riverside College in community social services for two decades, and led initiatives like the Grapevine Food Hub project. Paul’s earlier roles include serving as a Councillor for the District of Mission and holding various instructional and coordination positions across organizations dedicated to community support and development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Performance Management and Workplace Learning from the University of Leicester and multiple degrees and certifications in Education.
