David Roulston

David Roulston is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in municipal infrastructure planning and design. Since April 2013, David has held various senior management positions with the District of Squamish, including Senior Manager of Infrastructure Planning, where responsibilities include preparing and implementing long-range infrastructure plans and overseeing capital project execution. Prior to this, David served as a Project Engineer at Opus DaytonKnight, focusing on design and project management for infrastructure projects, particularly sewage lift stations. David's career began as a Design Engineer at the City of Vancouver, working within the Sewers & Drainage Design Branch. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned between 2000 and 2005.
