Blair Richardson

Blair Richardson is the founder and CEO of Distrix, a luxury lifestyle enhancement brand. Blair has over 13 years of experience in the real estate, finance, and hospitality industries.

Richardson began their career as an attaché at Luxury Attaché, where they were responsible for pairing clients with dedicated attachés based on their needs and preferences. Blair then spent three years as a licensed real estate salesperson at Town Residential. In 2018, they founded Distrix, which offers access to an unrivaled collection of curated lifestyle services.

Under Richardson's leadership, Distrix has become the premier concierge partner for luxury residential and corporate real estate projects. The company has serviced powerhouse brands and institutions such as Google, Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, One57, One Madison, and Highgate Hotels.

Blair Richardson completed a bachelor's degree in marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver and then went on to pursue a career in petroleum land management/energy finance at the University of Denver.
