Shahid Ghani

Shahid Ghani has a strong background in finance and corporate roles. Shahid started as a Senior Manager at Deloitte in 1980, where they directed IPOs for two well-known companies and gained extensive experience in SEC reporting requirements and implementing financial systems. Shahid then joined Bexel Corporation in 1991 as the Chief Financial Officer, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and managed a team of direct and indirect reports. In 2001, they became a Corporate Financial Consultant at Ghani & Co., where they provided financial advice and consulting services. Since 2012, Ghani has been the Chief Financial Officer at DITA Eyewear, an internationally renowned eyewear brand with a loyal following among fashion and entertainment influencers worldwide.

Shahid Ghani pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University. Shahid attended the university from 1977 to 1980. After completing their undergraduate studies, Shahid obtained additional professional certifications. In December 1983, they achieved the designation of Associate of Chartered Accountants from the INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES. Later, in September 1989, Shahid obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
