Aydin Daniel Saribal

Aydin Daniel Saribal serves as the Director’s Chief of Staff at the Ditchley Foundation since September 2021, playing a pivotal role in the organization's transformation by enhancing its capabilities and expanding its networks. Previous positions include leading the economic security and statecraft program, and co-leading the education and democracy networks. Aydin has also held roles such as Parliamentary Officer for the Fabian Society and worked to improve access to education in Afghanistan through Mosaic Afghanistan. Additional experience includes risk analysis for foreign investment in Turkey and campaign management for a parliamentary candidate. Aydin holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of York, supplemented by an Erasmus exchange at the University of Copenhagen.
