Liz Padmore

Liz Padmore is an experienced leader with a strong background in governance and health care. Currently serving as Chairperson at both the British Red Cross and The Staff College for Leadership in Healthcare since January 2022, Padmore also holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board at Housing Solutions since January 2018. As a Fellow at Green Templeton College and a Governor at the Ditchley Foundation, Padmore actively contributes to various organizations, including Women for Women International as Emeritus Director/Trustee and the International Women's Forum as a member and Vice Chairman. Padmore's previous roles include Chairman at Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust and Director at The Prince's Youth Business International. Educationally, Padmore holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and Brasenose College, where studies took place from 1974 to 1978.
