Albert Puig Sellés

Albert Puig Sellés has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Albert is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Dive.tech since December 2022.

Prior to their current role, Albert worked at Plaiground from 2020 to 2023, where they served as the General Coordinator of the team and was responsible for business development. Albert also held the position of Business Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining Plaiground, Albert worked at Hitachi Vantara as a Business Development Manager from 2019 to 2020. Albert also had a long tenure at Altran España from 2014 to 2019, where they held the positions of Business Development Manager and Advanced Consultant.

Albert was the CTO at MuchoMove from 2013 to 2014 and served as the CTO at Magicbox Television and Interactive Services S.L. from 2012 to 2013. In the latter role, they managed the technical strategy development of the company and oversaw the deployment of the first Android OTT STB for Unedisa communication group.

Earlier in their career, Albert worked as the Head of Product Development at Mirada from 2008 to 2012, where they coordinated and managed the company's Digital TV platform products. Albert also held the roles of Product Technical Manager and Project Manager at Fresh-IT from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for the product life-cycle, technical and functional requirements, and successful deployment of TV products for clients.

Albert started their career as a Project Manager at CeTVD within Arquitectura Enginyeria La Salle, where they developed innovative solutions for the Spanish Digital TV market and managed the development of the first interactive services deployed for Spanish DTT in Catalonia from 2001 to 2005.

Albert Puig Sellés completed a degree in Multimedia Engineering at Universitat Ramon Llull from 1996 to 2002, specializing in Computer Science. In 2009, they took a course in Industrial and Intellectual Property management in the IT industry at EOI, Escuela de Negocios (Business School). In 2013, they attended Tecnofor for a training course in Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2018, they obtained a certification in "Blockchain for Business - An Introducción to Hyperledger Technologies" from edX. Additionally, in 2014, they became a Verimatrix Certified Engineer. Currently, Albert Puig Sellés is pursuing a degree in Business Expert - Gestión y Administración de Empresas through the Programa ThePowerMBA at ThePower Business School, starting in 2020.
