Joeri ter Hofstede is a seasoned professional in the automotive and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Component & Vehicle Testing at Divergent since April 2022. In this role, Joeri leads a team focused on planning, executing, and analyzing testing programs to meet quality, compliance, and performance objectives while promoting innovation. Previous experience includes significant roles at TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe as a Senior Test Engineer, where Joeri specialized in fatigue testing for the LMP Hypercar program, and as an Owner of TH Automotive, providing freelance services in the industry. Joeri also worked as a Test Engineer at Benteler Engineering Services, conducting component tests, and as a Graduate Student at TNO.
