Joyce Lake

Joyce Lake, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Diversant, LLC since February 2014, Joyce led the development of a new Events Planning system utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. Previously, as Executive Director at RxSolutions, Inc, Joyce was instrumental in shaping the digital marketing strategy and enhancing business opportunities through technology. Joyce's entrepreneurial background includes founding an IT services firm focused on the pharmaceutical industry at Atlas Technologies, and notable leadership roles at Quintiles, Inc, where Joyce was promoted to Executive Director and spearheaded e-Clinical solutions, and GlaxoSmithKline, where Joyce established a Global R&D Collaborative Computing department. Joyce holds a BA in Math and Computer Science from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.
