Ricky Horton

Ricky Horton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, management, and recruiting. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for BISD since January 2023, Ricky previously contributed to Diverse Recruiting Experts as a member of the DRE Support Team, engaging candidates and supporting recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes managing restaurant operations at Seafood Shack Bistro and Bakery and reporting on sports events for Borger News Herald. Ricky's educational qualifications include studies in business at Central New Mexico Community College and National American University-Albuquerque, along with experience as an Instructional Aide at BORGER ISD, supporting classroom activities and at-risk students.
