Jason Insley has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2000. Jason began their career as a Customer Care Representative/ Technical Support at Sprint Nextel in 2000. In 2004, they began working for ZeroChaos as a Tier 2 Site Workstation Administrator and also worked as a CSR/Legacy Help Desk Technician at Collins Consulting. In 2005, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at Jameson Consulting Services Ltd and continued to work as a Systems Administrator/Tier 2 Site Workstation Administrator at ZeroChaos. In 2006, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Hewlett Packard/EDS Group and in 2008, they worked as an IS Engineer, Technology Operations at Thomson Reuters. Since 2012, they have been working as a Cybersecurity Program Manager and Information Assurance Network Officer/ Security Team Lead at Diverse Systems Group, LLC. In this role, they have redesigned the site IAVA Compliance and Tracking program, worked with vendors to bring medical systems into compliance with DISA and DoD regulations, taken over and brought the management of the HBSS system onsite, lead the engineering efforts for processing systems through the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) for Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, and developed and implemented the COTS (Consumer off the Shelf software) testing and accreditation program at FBCH.

Jason Insley completed their Advanced Studies Diploma from Peninsula Catholic High School between 1996 and 1999. Jason has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2 in July 2016, Certified Ethical Hacker V7 from EC-Council in October 2013, ITIL V3 Foundation from BCS-ISEB in December 2011, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft in December 2011, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS: Windows 7) from Microsoft in December 2011, and CompTIA Security+ CE from CompTIA in January 2012.
