Nikolay Mikheev

Nikolay Mikheev has extensive work experience in procurement and purchasing roles with various global companies. Their most recent position is as the Global Procurement Director Packaging at Diversey, where they manage a complex packaging portfolio with a yearly spend of $200 million. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Procurement Director Closures at Reckitt Benckiser, overseeing injection molding and blisters in 50 countries. Nikolay also held the role of Global Procurement Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, managing a diversified portfolio of raw materials. Earlier in their career, Nikolay worked as the Head of country Procurement at Reckitt Benckiser in Russia and as a Senior Purchasing Manager at Nestlé and Procter & Gamble.

Nikolay Mikheev obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from State Pedagogical University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
