David Green, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc., leading initiatives that align with the company’s mission to enhance lives through exceptional healthcare. Previously, Green held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, where responsibilities included driving human capital initiatives for one of the nation's largest orthopedic practices. Green's extensive experience encompasses strategic human capital leadership roles at Aspire Health, FHLBank Pittsburgh, and AIG, along with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational design. Green's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University.
