Drew Borum has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as a Collections Agent at Diversified Consultants, Inc. since January 2017 and in a customer service role at Remedy Staffing since April 2016. Previously, Drew held the position of Customer Service Manager at ADT, overseeing 20 direct reports and serving as a subject matter expert in technical troubleshooting of alarm systems.
