Jason D. León

Jason León has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jason served as the Managing Director and Office Managing Partner at Diversified Search, where they successfully managed the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Jason also held the position of Member Board of Directors at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a prominent health insurance provider. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Senior Director at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility and as the Alumni Affairs Program Manager at National Urban Fellows. Additionally, Jason has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as the Assistant City Administrator and Chief Financial Officer for the Municipal Government of Isabela. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in financial management and contributed to the development of various programs and public policies.

Jason León earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla from 1996 to 2001. Jason then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration, Philanthropy, and Nonprofit Management from Baruch College in 2008-2009. Jason also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
