Caroline Cyr

Caroline has over 20 years of experience as an HR executive in the professional services and high-tech sectors and holds a degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology. She is currently the Chief People & Information Officer at Tempo Software Inc. She was previously CEO & Founder of the CCube Consulting Group, which provided organizations with in-depth guidance and support in the context of major organizational transformation initiatives (reorg, structure, talent, process workflow, etc.). She also dedicated her professional attention to supplying strong HR partnerships to AI/high-tech startups and scaleups by designing customized solutions to attract/retain top tech talent within a talent shortage context. Throughout her career, she provided executive coaching services to Directors, VPs and CXs who wished to evolve their leadership style from a traditional “top-down” approach to an inclusive, engaging and highly productive one. Caroline is known to be an “out-of-the-box” creative builder, a collaborative business partner that consistently delivers on targeted objectives and obsessed with creating the ultimate employee experience. She is considered a visionary on how the People Aspects of a business should be treated, designed and deployed to unleash the untapped employee potential that will ultimately drive revenue generation.
