Jennifer Cook Johnson

Jennifer Cook Johnson is an accomplished professional in talent development and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Development & Operations at Diversity Lab since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from December 2007 to June 2021, including Director and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Jennifer's earlier experience includes directing educational programs as the Director of Education at NALP and managing communications and meetings at AALU. Jennifer also held positions at Georgetown University and City of Hope early in a career that began after earning a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
