Mariel Garcia

Mariel Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and community support. Currently serving as the Business Development Director at the Family Support Center in Colorado since June 2020, Mariel manages external resources and fosters community relationships. In addition, Mariel has held the position of Behavioral Health Clinician at UCHealth since May 2021, providing triage, assessment, treatment, and education to patients and families. Mariel's career also includes significant roles at Diversus Health, where responsibilities as a Crisis Evaluator and Senior Program Manager focused on triage, crisis evaluations, clinical supervision, and program development for the Child and Family Network. Previously, Mariel supervised care coordination for pediatric and maternity services at the Colorado Community Health Alliance from May 2019 to May 2020. Mariel holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
