In 2016, they joined CJ ENM E&M DIV. where they continued their career in HR and progressed to the role of Director, Sales & Partnerships. In 2021, they transitioned to Mindset by DIVE Studios and DIVE Studios, where they served as the Director of Business Development (KR).
