Adrián Penzone

Adrián Penzone has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Adrián is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Dividenz since February 2022. Prior to this, from October 2020 to February 2022, they worked as a Senior Technical Lead at Experta Seguros, where they were responsible for defining product strategies and communicating technological strategies to the management and teams involved.

Earlier, from September 2020 to February 2022, Adrián worked at IBM as a Senior Software Architect, leading the migration of legacy banking systems to microservices and micro frontends architecture. Adrián used Java 11, Spring Framework 5, and Spring Boot 2.5 for this project.

Between February 2019 and September 2020, they served as a Senior Technical Team Lead at Technisys, where they provided technical vision for digital banking solutions and managed tasks, roadmaps, and risk identification.
