Meghna Parwar

Meghna Parwar began their work experience in 2019 as a Human Resources Executive at India Placement Consultancy. In this role, they were responsible for HR activities and onboarding. In 2020, they joined smarterbiz technologies as a Customer Service Specialist, where they provided support to Flipkart customers and resolved their issues. Meghna also worked as an SME, guiding and training customer support representatives. In March 2022, they joined DivIHN Integration Inc as a Specialist-Talent Success. Their responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment in the cyber security and information security field, as well as HR activities.

Meghna Parwar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Meghna attended this institution from 2020 to 2022. Before pursuing their MBA, Meghna obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Their bachelor's degree was completed between 2014 and 2018.
