Ladha Mohan

Ladha Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career at Mascon Global as a Senior Software Engineer from 2000 to 2003. They then worked at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer in 2005. From 2007 to 2013, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Microsoft. Additionally, they worked at Amazon as a Software Engineering Manager for three years, contributing to the development of the Amazon Flex platform. At Nordstrom, Ladha worked as a Senior Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2017, leading a cross-functional team and driving the development of new services. They also served as the Director of Engineering at Heal Inc. in 2017, where they were responsible for the vision and execution of the Heal Patient & Provider Apps & Services. In 2018, they joined Microsoft as a Principal Engineering Manager, leading teams for M365 Security and compliance solutions. They co-founded Kinder Konnection in 2017, where they partnered with schools to provide essential items and literacy-centered services for underprivileged school children. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Engineering, Supply at Divisions Maintenance Group since 2022. They also briefly served as the Head of Engineering | GTM at Stripe in 2022.

Ladha Mohan attended Pondicherry University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
