Devon Youngblood is the Director, Head of Customer Operations at Divvy Homes.
Prior to joining Divvy Homes, Devon was an intern at JetInsight where they worked on go-to-market strategy. Devon has also interned at TPG Global in their environmental, social, & governance department and at Cultural Heritage Dispute Resolution (CHDR) Consulting as a strategy consultant.
Devon's professional career began at Sotheby's where they worked as a post sale manager for three years. Devon then transitioned to Townhouse Gallery Inc., a nonprofit art space in Downtown Cairo, where they became the Project Manager. At Townhouse Gallery Inc., Devon was responsible for leading partner organizations across Africa and the Netherlands for the One Minutes Africa video competition, exhibition, and awards ceremony while budgeting project funding. Devon also researched contemporary art in the Middle East for gallery shows and composed applications for several project-funding opportunities.
First, Devon Youngblood completed a Bachelor's Degree at Harvard University with a focus in Visual Studies. Next, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Economics and Middle East Studies from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Lastly, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business with a Certificate in Social Innovation.
Devon Youngblood reports to Lucia Franzese, Chief Revenue Officer. They work with Molly Nelson - VP, Sales, Gabrielle Wilkerson-Melnick - Head of Partnerships. and Tyler Stewart - Head of Customer Support reports to Devon Youngblood.
