Dragos Andronic

Dragos Andronic is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Dixa since September 2021, where the focus is on enhancing agent experience and productivity, along with managing the company's AI strategy. Prior to this role, Dragos held positions including Group Product Manager at Dixa, Senior Product Manager at MessageBird and 8x8, and Product Manager at Telenav and Skobbler. With a strong technical background beginning as a .Net and C++ developer, Dragos has been involved in various aspects of product strategy, integrations, and customer communications, contributing to numerous successful product launches and improvements throughout a diverse career. Dragos co-founded AB Mobile Apps Ltd and has also worked as a technical consultant and team leader, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product development and team dynamics. Education was completed at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, earning a BS in Information Technology.
