Sebastián Peña Saldarriaga

Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a highly experienced software development lead currently at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Previously, Sebastiraj served as the Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading BPM-Pega presales and consulting, customer discussions, and solution demo builds. Earlier roles include Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB, Wipro Technologies, and FedEx Services, contributing to telecom application upgrades and BPM governance. As a BPM Architect at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, Sebastiraj managed teams and focused on process optimization and architecture. Sebastiraj began a career in software development at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software, developing EAI products and gaining expertise in Unix systems. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
