Scott Rush has extensive experience in sales and management positions. Scott served as the Director of Safety and Security at Dixon Electric, where they developed the Predictive Maintenance Department and managed equipment and material acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Victory Supply, overseeing territory expansion and customer service. Scott also held roles at AbbVie and Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Territory Manager in Specialty Sales. Additionally, they worked at Knoll Pharmaceuticals and Boots Pharmaceuticals in sales and regional support. Scott'scareer began as a Senior Research Assistant at the Institute for Developmental Research, focusing on cardiac electrophysiology research.
Scott Rush received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati from 1976 to 1980. Prior to that, they attended Wright State University from 1975 to 1976 before transferring to the University of Cincinnati to further their studies in Biology and Fine Arts. In addition to their education, Scott has obtained various certifications, including Bloodborne Pathogens and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Health and Safety Institute in April 2021, OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification from Summit Training Source, Inc. in 2019, and Level 1 Thermography from the Infrared Training Center in November 2015. Scott also holds certifications in Basic Competency in Clinical Lipidology from the National Lipid Association in 2012, Aerial Boom Lifts and Scissor Lift Safety from Compliance Training Online®, and is a PADI Certified Scuba Diver.
