Ghea Oktarin

Ghea Oktarin, S.Psi has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR management. Ghea currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at DKATALIS. Prior to this, they worked at LinkAja as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HRBP where they were responsible for planning and implementing various HR programs and initiatives. Before that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at TunaiKita, where they handled recruitment and hiring processes. Ghea also gained experience as an HR Manager at Jualo, an Indonesian-based e-classified marketplace. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at TRANSMEDIA, where they recruited employees for Trans TV and was later assigned to the CNN Indonesia project.

Ghea Oktarin, S.Psi. completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjajaran between the years 2007 and 2012.
